Leaves on drying chestnut-brown to yellowish brown above, pale chocolate brown below; oblong to broadly ovate; margin entire, generally recurved basally; midrib & lateral veins somewhat purplish; base broadly wedgeshaped or rounded; apex gradually tapering, with long quite long pointed tip (+/- 2 cm); midrib slightly sunken above raised below; lateral veins flat above, prominent below, slender, looping & disappearing at the margin; intercostal veins ladder-like, invisible above, faintly visible |
