Leaves on drying dark brown on both surfaces in matured trees, greylsh green above, yellowish below in juveniles.elliptic to ovate, leathery; margin entire; base obtuse to narrowly wedgeshaped, especially in juvenile; apex almost abruptly tapering with short pointed tip; midrib slight raised to flat above, prominent below; lateral veins distinctly yellow in color in juvenile or reddish yellow in matured trees, flat & faintly visible above; prominently below, looping & disappearing at the margin; |
