Leaves on drying greenish grey on both surfaces but slightly darker above, leather, unifoliolate; leaflets elliptic to obovate; base broadly wedge-shaped; apex gradually tapering with rather blunt tip; margin entire, midrib flat to slightly sunken above, raised below; lateral veins visible on both surfaces, flat above, hardly raised below, looping & joining quite far from the margin forming somewhat an intramarginal vein; intercostal veins web-like faintly visible on both surfaces.
