Leaves on drying red-brown to pale yellow-brown on both surfaces leaves so above, elliptic-obovatte; margin recurved not toothed; base broadly wedge-shaped; apex gradually tapering with short tip; midrib slightly raised to flat above, round, prominently raised below; looping quite far from margin to form an intramarginal, flat to slightly sunken above, sharp, raised below; intercostal veins web-like visible, raised on both surfaces. Petioles short, c. 0.5cm , black on drying. NB; known as Symplo |
