Leaves on drying pale brown on both surfaces, thin membranous; ovate-elliptic to oblong, margin entire, base obtuse, apex gradually tapering with an elongated pointed tip, more frequently bending to one side; midrib shallowly sunken to flat above, slender, raise below; lateral veins 4-5 pairs, visible on both surfaces, less so above; the first pair is almost half the length of the leaf, widely spaced; intercosral veins invisible on both surfaces. petioles slender ± mm, pale-brown on drying. |
