Leaves on dry dark-reddish brown above, dull golden-yellow below; elliptic; densely covered with dull golden-yellow hairs below; margin entire; base slightly rounded to wedge-shaped; apex gradually tapering with quite long pointed tip; midrib flat to slightly raised & glabrous above, slightly raised & clothed with dense hairs, later becomes glabrous below; lateral veins visible on both surfaces in juveniles, hardly raised & clothed with dense hairs below, looping & joining to form intramarginal |
