Leaves on drying dark greenish-grey or yellowish-grey above, golden-yellow below; leaves simple , alternate; leaf- blade quite big & long glabrous above, finely short-hairy below, oblong, thinly papery; margin entire or finely inrolled; base broadly wedge-shaped; apex gradually tapering with quite long, broad & rounded tip; midrib glabrous & raised on both surfaces, less so above; lateral veins flat above, raised & glabrous below, looping & joining near the margin to form intramarginal vein-loop |
