Leaves on drying light yellowish brown on both surfaces; leaves simple & alternately arranged, leaf-blade small , glabrous on both surfaces, thinly leathery; margin entire & plane; base wedge-shaped to slightly rounded; apex acute to acuminate, slightly abruptly tapering with short quite broad & pointed tip; midrib sharply sunken above, raised & glabrous below; lateral veins with the basal pair arising from the midrib, ascending more acute than the rest, faintly raised to flat |
