Leaves on drying dull brown in matured tree, pale green in juvenile above, pale yellow-brown in matured tree, light yellowish green in juvenile below; leathery, ovate margin entire; base wedge-shape, subequal; apex tapering with a long narrow tip; midrib hardly raised on both surfaces more so below; lateral veins slender, arched, hardly raised on both surfaces; intercostal veins, very slender, close indistinct on both surfaces.
