Leaves on drying greenish, grey to brownish above, yellowish to dull green below; glabrous on both surfaces, papery to thinly leathery; elliptic; margin entire; base wedge-shaped; apex gradually tapering with a very short tip; midrib raised on both surfaces; lateral veins visible flat to faintly raised on both surfaces, disappearing reaching the margin; intercostal veins obscure. Petiole long, glabrous, reddish brown to greenish yellow, wrinkled or grooved on drying & so is the twig. |
