Leaves on drying greenish above, greenish yellow below; shiny above, faintly glaucous below, thinly leathery; oblong or lanceolate; margin entire; base broad wedge-shaped; apex gradually tapering with a short broad to pointed tip; midrib raised on both surfaces; lateral veins visible on both surfaces, less so above, looping & joining near the margin to form intramarginal vein-loops; intercostal veins subweb to ladder-like, very faintly visible on both surfaces.
