| Plant Information |
The leaf lamina is linear and flat, 12-96 mm long and 0.85-1.63 mm wide. Each shoot bears 1-4-leaves and has a closed sheath. The distinct feature of this species is the black central tooth at the leaf apex accompanied by two well-developed lateral tooth. They sometimes develop leaf scars below the basal sheath. The rhizome is pale coloured, thin and smooth. |
