Plant height c. 3-5 m; Ovate shaped and simple leaves with heart shaped base and pointed tips and arranged alternately. The veins on the leaves are red-brown in colour. Fruits are about 4-5 cm in size and are clustered together with soft spines and in bright red and maroon. |
