| Plant Information |
leaf sickle shaped, 20-45 mm long and 4-5 mm wide. Leaf margin smooth. No hair on leaf surface. The leaf blade has longitudinal veins with red band of cells. Stem is short, erect and holds 2-4 leaves in every shoot which arises from the rhizome. The base of the shoot is covered by fully enclosed leaf sheath. rhizome has leaf scars. roots are thick. this species is similar to Cymodocea rotundata |
