| Plant Information |
Robust, solitary rattan to 10m. Stem without sheaths 25mm dia., with sheath 35mm dia. Internodes 15cm, knee present, flagellum to 4.5m long. Sheaths green with purple indument, densely covered in black spines, longer spines around sheath mouth. Leaf to 2.5m, including petiole to 50cm, ecirrate. Leaflets 30 each side, regularly arranged. |
