Plant Information |
Slender, solitary rattan to 3m (juv.?). Stem without sheaths 10mm dia., w/sheaths 15mm dia. Internodes 20cm, small knee. Sheath green w/brown indument, armed with scattered triangular spines with brown hairy margins. Leaves 80cm, including 25cm petiole, ecirrate. Leaflets c. 40 each side of rachis with rusty red hairs, undersurface less so. Stem exudes copious milky sap when cut. |
